After-exercise Berry-blast Smoothie

Try this wholesome, low-fat, low-sugar smoothie to boost your energy after you exercise!
- 1 cup of plain fat-free Greek yogurt or silken tofu
- 1/2 cup of fat-free milk or fortified soy milk
- 1 cup of mixed, unsweetened frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Whip all ingredients together in a blender.
