After-exercise Berry-blast Smoothie

Try this wholesome, low-fat, low-sugar smoothie to boost your energy after you exercise!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain fat-free Greek yogurt or silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup of fat-free milk or fortified soy milk
  • 1 cup of mixed, unsweetened frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Directions

  1. Whip all ingredients together in a blender.
