Courtney Hoey, MD, specializes in radiology and imaging.
Dr. Hoey's research interests are devoted to a wide range of topics in radiology and imaging. She is the coauthor of an article on ultrasound, which is published in Journal of Ultrasound Medicine, a prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journal. She has delivered national presentations concerning topics in her field.
Dr. Hoey is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Hobart Amory are Medical Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Epsilon National Chemistry Honor Society, Golden Key Honor Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and Philadelphia County Medical Society. A Benjamin and Mary Siddons Measey Foundation scholar, she is the recipient of the Phillip J. Hodes Radiology Prize and Garnett Ryland Award for Outstanding Graduate Chemistry.
To her credit, Dr. Hoey has volunteered for Operation Safety Net, which provides food and medical supplies to underserved residents of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and JeffHOPE, a free health clinic in Philadelphia.
